A Little about me

I love life and pretty much anything that allows me to help build up and inspire others to tap into themselves and see their own greatness.

becoming a professional trainer

I've always been an athlete, track, volleyball, basketball, etc. but found fitness when I got to college and no longer played official team sports. I had to learn to train my body and workout outside of the constructs of sports. Then I tore my ACL and through my recovery, I learned that I had a love of helping people learn about health and wellness and meet their own goals. I then became a trainer to help pay my way through business school. I found yoga during this journey and set off to learn how to love myself. This self-love and healing journey became the foundation of my practice and training style and the basis of Holistically Dope. I later became a certified yoga instructor and a dynamic mindfulness instructor.

i choose to train at thrive because

Thrive is the ONLY gym I've ever trained at and will ever train at. I train at Thrive because it's more than just a "gym," it's a family. It's a place where the community can come together and grow, challenge each other, and inspire and build up ourselves, each other, and our community.

what keeps me motivated on the rough days
My purpose. Love. That's what I'm here for. God brought me this far for a reason and I am so blessed, thankful, and inspired to see it come to fruition. To love, use my gifts, help others, create, build, empower, serve, etc.

on a rainy day

I enjoy playing in the rain, sleeping and cuddling, cooking, reading, relaxing, whatever is on my heart.

if I woke up tomorrow with 100 million dollars, the first thing i would do

Thank God. Cry. Then implement my plan to invest, build, grow, and create through holistic health and wellness programming, entrepreneurship, creativity, and art in the community. Build up my friends businesses and dreams.​
