During the first week of October Thrive Health Lab partnered with So Hum Wellness to create the space to host our first Wellness Week event; the focus is a Mental Health Reset. We’ve invited BIPOC teachers, healers and professional counselors to offer programs, classes and group discussions all focused on creating Mental Health practices to support ourselves and the community at large.
