A Little about me
I love teamwork. Human performance is my passion. Being a father keeps my heart beating strong.
becoming a professional trainer
My parents were Inglewood Parks and Rec coaches. I was a ball boy by 1st grade. By high school I was racing for a National BMX team, an all-star basketball player, and Future Scientist recipient by 8th grade. In 1994 I took a trip to Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada to coach a BMX camp. I returned to the states and immediately started a fitness training service in my community. Coaching allows me to integrate my passion for science, fitness training, and geometry.

When traveling I try to visit a library or bookstore in every city, town, or village. The wealth of information out there is infinite. As a father and leader it is important for me to always seek solutions to all challenges to human performance.
